ADP Prospect Portal

Client Portal for ADP PEO, which helps guide users through the complex application and underwriting processes to become a TotalSource customer. These users are not ADP employees and may not have much knowledge of PEO or the underwriting process. The goal was to help users through the underwriting process when they had little or no industry knowledge about how the process works.

I proceeded with a mobile first approach since more than 75% of the users said that they would probably view this information on their phone instead of a desktop or laptop. The medium viewport (or tablet view) would mirror the desktop version with a mobile header, which was the ADP standard at the time.

One of the most difficult parts of the project was making the information overload manageable for the users while making sure they were always able to access help from their ADP CRM representative assigned to guide them through the process. Parts of the process like document upload and benefits selection are information-heavy and used to be a time consuming task before the new portal was implemented.
