Project Summaries
Souther Glazer Wine and Spirits
From July of 2021 until the end of December of 2023, I worked on several projects for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits (SGWS), specifically on the SGProof.com portals. The B2B eCommerce platform has made more than $3 billion by 2022, following it’s implementation in 2019. I’m proud to have helped create a better experience and more usable platform for those who use this platform every day to do their jobs.
On these projects I was usually the lead UX Designer and worked exclusively with senior leadership, project managers, and developers from SGWS. The majority of the work I did was focused on the CRM portal, which was built on the SalesForce Lightning design system.
T-MObile
From November 2023 until January 2024, I was working with the T-Mobile team to create an interactive Times Square experience for the T-Mobile Holiday promotion. The goal was to get users to take a photo in Times Square near the T-Mobile storefront and then text that photo so that it could be added to the Time Square Jumbotron as well as a few other screens.
ADP
I worked on several projects at ADP, most of which were within the Benefits selection and management experience. The users for Benefit selection were typically ADP employees who were selling different packages to companies to provide various benefits for their employees. The goal was to update a system that had been in use since the 1990’s where much of the work was done in spreadsheets.
I also worked on the Client Portal for ADP PEO, which helps guide users through the complex application and underwriting processes to become a TotalSource customer. These users are not ADP employees and may not have much knowledge of PEO or the underwriting process.
Ware2Go
My goal for the project at Ware2Go was to build user personas and system journeys for a newer company. Ware2Go needed an enterprise solution for their users, both managers and employees, to be able to track warehouse goals and KPI’s. We created persona and did user research in order to create a full system journey. I worked closely with the clients throughout the project to make sure the user stories and journeys provided a clear path and solution for all users.
SCUF Gaming
SCUF Gaming came to us to recreate their online shop experience where users can customize their ideal game controllers. I worked closely with our designer to create high fidelity wireframes with detailed annotations since our team would only be providing the design since SCUF wanted to use their own developers to create and manage the site. This project was especially exciting for me to work on since I love playing video games and enjoy creating custom controllers.
