SGWS Proof is the customer facing part of the CRM experience. On the Proof.com pages, customers can manage orders and requests and communicate with their customer relationship manager.
Delivery Date Change
The Delivery date change page and flow allows the user to request a change to the delivery date of an order. It is not guaranteed that the date that the user requests will be available or accepted.
I explored a few options and ways for the user to select a new date. I decided that it was best for the customers to see all the information upfront instead of breaking it up into steps or putting it in a modal. The Client enjoyed being able to see the options and liked being included in the process. We were able to talk to a few customers and do some user research to find the best solution.
Step 1: This was the final design that was worked out and chosen. The user can see which dates are available and which dates are not available with an interactive calendar. The user must also select a reason for wanting a change in order to submit the change request.
Error Messaging: If the deadline has passed the page is still available to the user, but they won’t be able to make a request.
Step 2: The user can review their request before submitting.
Step 3: This is the confirmation page letting the user know that their request has been submitted.
Alternate Versions explored
Alternate version: The flow of the page felt disconnected with the calendar key on the left of the calendar.
Proof Backorder Release
Customers have the ability to release backorders through the Proof website.
