Southern Glazers Wine & Spirits CRM Enterprise Experience

The CRM experience was designed using the Salesforce Lightning Design System and I worked closely with the developers making sure that we were using existing components when possible to avoid creating too many new components and interactions.


CRM Flows and Journey Mapping

The flows and journey maps were an essential part of designing the new SGWS CRM dashboards. I ran multiple rounds of whiteboard and group sessions to tease out what was working and what needed improvement or replacement. I identified pain points that had previously gone undetected or ignored and worked with the product owners to schedule out clear next steps to be worked into the upcoming sprint cycle.

CRM Proposals

Proposals Mix and Match page and the exported PDF the user produces. The user will take this Proposal PDF and show it to a client for approval or edits.

 

Proposals MIx and Match Search

The user can search for different Mix and Match packages. The final product for the user is a PDF page that they can show to a client for approval or edits.


SGWS CRM Account Playbook

This is the Account dashboard where the user can view and manage their planned and unplanned objectives. I recommended that the user should be able to pick how they want to see their objectives. The user can see All Objectives at once or they can view just Planned or Unplanned Objectives. Since some users may have as many as 50 objectives, they may want to only see Planned Objectives instead of all 50 objectives at once.
