Chubb Foresight Dashboard
I lead the UX and Information Architecture for this project. I was responsible for gathering functional requirements, component building, wireframing, annotations, and UX writing. I also was responsible for creating personas, user flows, and user journeys for a the stakeholders. I worked closely with a User Interface designer to create Figma files that were ready for development teams using tokens and nodes. I had the opportunity to travel to London to conduct and lead moderated, in-person Usability Testing. After user testing, I created a detailed research readout presentation and presented to the Senior Stakeholders at Chubb.

I used the existing hierarchy already established by Chubb to create the expected flows for both brokers and executives using the Foresight Dashboard.

Requirements Gathering and UX Analysis
Since there was an initial design that the stakeholders had already liked, I went through the existing component library that Chubb utilises and compared what they had with what we were proposing. I determined which components we could use moving forward and which components would need to be created new.
Component Analysis
I did a complete Component and UX analysis of the existing components and compared them to what would be needed for the Foresight Dashboard in the future.
Foresight Dashboard and Pages
After the UX Analysis, the UI designer and I redesigned some of the elements of the pages and began creating figma files ready for development. We ensured that all components and elements had the correct nodes and tokens. I was in charge of making sure the design elements were entered into Jira correctly on the client-side.
Once the pages were finished, I went to London with the Project Lead to run the User Testing. I decided that in-person user testing with a functional prototype would get us the most helpful feedback since we could only get access to 11 participants for testing.
